Motorola buys stake Mobility Mobile Game Developer

Motorola Mobility announced it has invested in HTML5-based game developer for mobile devices and social networking, Moblyng.

Moblyng has shown a number of games for the Android platform, IOS, WebOS and world number one social network, Facebook. Not only that, Moblyng also been downloaded up to nine million times.

"Mobility Motorola Ventures seeking new companies the most innovative and promising to invest, and we found a strong synergy between our vision for the future of mobile technology and the strategic direction of Moblyng," said managing director of Motorola Ventures Mobility, Harshul Sanghi,

"Moblyng is one of the first party to adopt Android and is the industry leader in the use of the HTML5 to provide cross-platform experience of social gaming to mobile devices. We can not wait to see the realization of their vision," adds Sanghi.

Meanwhile, chief executive officer and inventor of Moblyng, Stewart Putney, stated, "As one of the initial Android developers, Moblyng very excited to be working with Motorola Mobility, a leader provider Android smartphones and tablets."

"We hope to work together to provide an enjoyable gaming a social experience into the Motorola Mobility," said Putney.
